Flamboyant cottage, set in the quiet village of Brownhill Nevis. This newly constructed two bedroom, two bathroom traditional West Indian cottage with its own swimming pool is a absolute jewel. Constructed in early 2007 it has been sympathetically decorated and furnished to the highest standards, to incorporate modern facilities but still retain its traditional West Indian feel.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen containing cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and all crockery and cutlery all of which are brand new. The utility room contains washing and drying facilities and a weekly maid service is also available at a small extra cost. All bedroom furniture including four poster beds have been hand made by craftsmen on the island to a traditional design and finished to the highest standards.

Flamboyant cottage is 10 minutes from Charlestown, the capital of Nevis and is well placed to reach a number of Nevis's unspoilt beaches in around the same time.

Various local restaurants including Bananas, Monte Pelier, Hermitage. Also local nature trails.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the 50% deposit less a 20% booking fee.  No refunds for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations on long term rentals (over two weeks) unless the accommodation is re-rentable for the same period of time.  We would loose short term rentals that we may have turned away.
