Private three bedroom/three bathroom villa, with a beautiful view overlooking St. Kitts and Booby Island in front, and Mount Nevis in back. The villa has a swimming pool and screened porch. It is fully furnished, to include washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The villa is in a quiet, private neighborhood behind the Mount Nevis Hotel, and within walking distance to a small 9 hole golf course, ten minutes drive to the Four Seasons golf course, and 1 mile from the beaches.

There are three bedrooms, with air conditioning and a queen bed in each. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the third has a full bathroom adjoining. Maximum of six overnight guests. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove, refrigerator/ freezer with an ice dispenser, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and many other items.

Perfect for a scenic, relaxing, getaway, as the villa has lots of privacy, and no cable or internet as yet, hence no TV.

For an additional fee, the villa can be stocked with groceries prior to your arrival.
