Dasents Estate, an old sugar plantation, is a secluded tranquil 5.7/3 acres of lush grounds, exotic plants, trees and fruit orchards, the ideal place to loose yourself and chill out. The estate is on the East side of the island, has three very separate properties. There is a sugar mill, a house and the Hideaway.

The Hideaway is the smallest of the three properties and make a perfect budget getaway for a couple or single person.

The Hideaway is like a studio apartment.�� It has one large open plan room with double bed, sofas, a desk and chairs and breakfast bar to the kitchen which is fully equipped.� There is a separate shower room with sink and toilet.

The property owners live in the sugar mill.� There is a swimming pool that is shared by guests.� The owners do not use the pool whilst guests are on site.

It is only a 2 minute stroll to the supermarket and 5 minutes to other local shops.

The Golden Rock restaurant is just a 5 minutes drive away.

The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive away however, this is on the Atlantic Sea side which is more suitable for surfers.� The best of Nevis beaches are on the Caribbean Sea side of the Island which is only a 15 minute drive away.

BOOKINGS: A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking.� The balance would be due 60 days before the arrival date.� If the booking is made less than 60 days before the arrival date then the full rental amount will be charged.

CANCELATIONS:� Cancelations made 60 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the 50% deposit less a 20% booking fee.� No refunds for cancelations made less than 60 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancelations on long term rentals (over two weeks) unless the cottage is re-rentable for the same period of time.� We would loose short term rentals that we may have turned away.
