Nevis Properties
We currently have 2 amazing villas available for rent in Newcastle, Nevis close to the Airport. Both developed by Deon Daniels Associates and both having 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a swimming pool.
These 2 properties are offered at excellent rates due them being located on new developments. However, the location of these villas are such that local construction is not of any real concern. So, you get a bargain from as little as $770 per week!!!
A 12 month lease will also be considered by the villa owners, so if you are considering renting long term in Nevis we highly recommend you view these villas as we think it will be worth your while.
The Calamansi villa is in an elevated position which enjoys a good breeze which deters insects, and there are great sea and mountain views from all rooms. The villa (including the verandah) is fully protected from insects by fly-screens which means the windows can be left open whilst anyone is there.
There are 3 bedrooms (2 with queen-sized beds and 1 with twin beds) and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite to the double bedrooms and one adjoining the twin bedded room). There is also a double inflatable airbed available for additional guests. All rooms have ceiling fans, and each bedroom has an air-conditioning unit. There is wireless internet access. Also available are a gas barbecue and cold box.
The villa is a 5-minute drive to the airport, restaurants, shop, Nisbet’s Plantation and Herbert’s beach, and a 10-minute drive to more restaurants and Lovers’ Beach.
Cat Ghaut golf course is within walking distance, and there are two other golf courses nearby.

Private three bedroom/three bathroom villa, with a beautiful view overlooking St. Kitts and Booby Island in front, and Mount Nevis in back. The villa has a swimming pool and screened porch. It is fully furnished, to include washer and dryer. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The villa is in a quiet, private neighborhood behind the Mount Nevis Hotel, and within walking distance to a small 9 hole golf course, ten minutes drive to the Four Seasons golf course, and 1 mile from the beaches.
There are three bedrooms, with a queen bed in each. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the third has a full bathroom adjoining. Maximum of six overnight guests. The kitchen is well equipped and has a gas stove, refrigerator/ freezer with an ice dispenser, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, and many other items.
Perfect for a scenic, relaxing, getaway, as the villa has lots of privacy, and no cable or internet as yet.
For an additional fee, the villa can be stocked with groceries prior to your arrival.
